BLAINE, MN—April 18, 2022. The Jim’s Team 4 Diabetes Foundation announced today a national partnership with Tandem Diabetes Care. Together, they will sponsor a select number of children across the country with Type 1 Diabetes that provides them with a Free Campership during the summer months.
The Foundation’s role is to take care of registration fees that covers a one (1) week overnight camp for kids in their local city or state that operates specifically for T1D youths of any age. Families are encouraged to visit the Jim’s Team website (www.JimsTeam4Diabetes.org) to complete the Campership application form for their child.
