Individuals and Businesses are welcomed to consider making a tax-deductible contribution to Jim’s Team 4 Diabetes Foundation. You can choose to make your donation in honor of or in memory of a family member or friend close to you; on behalf of a company or even group organization as an example.

For donors with significant assets, Jim’s Team was granted “non-profit status” as an IRS approved 501(c)(3) Foundation operating under the EIN Number 87-3209358 that you can use to maximize your tax benefits and charitable giving. Your special gift could come through the way of Appreciated Stocks, Mutual Funds, IRAs, Gifts by Will, etc.

A commemorative certificate to honor your contribution will be submitted to all donors.
